Silicone tape is self-amalgamating at room temperature
Silwrap silicone tape now available from Samco doesn't depend on an adhesive backing but cures as you piece at room temperature when stretch wrapped. It's supplied in 25[micro] wide rolls and it is able to temperature resistance to 200oC.
This self-amalgamating tape will stand-up to aggressive and humid environments. It has excellent electrical insulation properties, meeting MIL-1-46852B Type 11, and provides a waterproof casing for electrical wiring.
Obtainable in rd, grey, white and clear colours from stock, Silwrap has many applications including use as a masking tape. Samco also offers a custom service for Silwrap as with all of its tape products.
