I love birds and really enjoy tracking them especially inside my private Kenya Safaris. Birds are beautiful creatures which has a very simple life. Their lifestyle is easy and adorable. Almost all of their life is spent trying to find food and composing melodious songs that form a crucial portion of our life as well. I just like the way they may be organized by nature in this kind of way, that a particular varieties of birds will participate for making the entire world go round at a particular juncture of the day curiozitati despre Africa.

Some birds are incredibly common, friendly and utilized to both humans and domesticated animals and its very normal to view them coming close to the human habitats in Africa, or even weaving their nests in our personal houses. Most nocturnal birds like owls are very rare as well as their presence will invariably raise eyebrows. In traditional African heritage, the sound of your hooting owl is often a bad omen. I have little idea of the secrets behind chasing them which has a fire flint but We've seen it work out. However I swear you is not going to get any better it as you might think. They are really sensitive to sound, that they might easily catch a mouse in total darkness guided only by the faint rustle within the ground.

Birds possess a special means of emailing the other and unless one is keen enough, it's very challenging to interpret them. For instance, they will use an alternative sound when they are looking for a mate, when celebrating or when alerting others of danger. Different forms of birds lay different numbers, sizes, shapes and colours of eggs. I had been really shocked to realize that a huge bird as being a flamingo are only able to lay and brood one egg while a tiny bird just like an African fire-finch lays over five eggs!

When it comes to construction of nests, it's even considerably more interesting. Almost all kinds of birds have different tastes and styles of building their houses and homes. They use different building and weaving materials, they will use various sites to construct their houses which can be located in various sizes and forms. As far as We are concerned, hammerkops are the very best in building nests. They build the largest and most comfortable and complicated nests coming from all birds. Mostly constructed in hooked branches of strong desert date trees, these nests can regularly be seen during Serengeti or Masai Mara safaris they create various compartments for their own security, comfort and private convenience.

Weaver birds are funny; a lady weaver bird will have always to approve of the site and stability of the nest's foundation. She is very careful using this because she's got to assured in the safety of her eggs and chicks otherwise she will miss all of them to predators. This means the male weaver bird helps make the structure of the nest and calls the female someone to approve of it before completion. If it's disapproved, it will have to be destroyed and discarded.

Lazy nest builders like the marabou storks and doves don't take nest construction very seriously. After all they only need it for a short period to lay and brood on the eggs to hatch, they vacate and resort with their normal perching on tree branches for accommodation. I do think the doves consider themselves to beautiful to undergo the hardship of running around with twigs and grasses in the name of creating a good looking nest. On one other hand, the "marabou storks" are extremely busy trying to find food to keep the long necks and legs. They prefer lazing around choosing a nap if food is difficult in the future by and make use of basic accommodation of seven or twelve crossed twigs and call it home!!
